Banned for something I didn't commit

    Banned for something I didn't commit


    I was banned for something I know I didn't do and yes I already did xbox enforcement but they upheld there decision and now my account is stuck permanently banned for I DONT EVEN KNOW WHY???? and even if theres no hope why could I at least be given the opportunity
    to set my home console for the account so I can play my games bc I was game sharing when I got banned and now I lost hundreds of dollars that my dad made!

    Banned for something I didn't do

    Hey so I was banned because one of my so called friends took my harddrive and changed my bio and also went on party chat and messages aND said some not good things and I got banned and I wish to have it appealed

    Once the decision has been upheld by the enforcement team there is no other way of getting the account back.

    Normally when an account gets a suspension even a permanent one on it the enforcement team will give a general description of what the infraction of the code of conduct was that they send out in a message and in an email what was in the description?

    If it's a game specific ban then the enforcement team can not help nor will you be able to file for a case review.

    Not sure where you go for Halo bans now as Halo waypoint forums were shut down i think.

    You shouldn't be trying to play multiplayer with poor internet anyway.It's not fair on other players & i know Halo used to ban people in the past for too many disconnects.
