Banned for something i did not do??

Hello. This is my first suspension, i have a clean record and this is not right! I would like to start off and say i have been wrongfully suspended. i logged on to play a couple of games with friends from work today, then an hour in i get an message from
xbox live saying i have been suspended, for this reason:This account engaged in marketplace theft. This activity may include attempts to illegitimately acquire or use redemption codes, sharing or distributing account credentials, fraudulent transferring of
content licenses, using glitches for financial gain, or other attempts to defraud Microsoft or support agents. For more information, visit: Xbox Enforcement | Stay Safe. I have never done any of these things. The only reason i could see
why they think im doing this is because:

A couple of months back my 10 year old son bought games on my account with my debit card, which i had to get refunded. these where multiple times.

Other than that, i see no reason or proof that i have done this? I Have NEVER EVER done ANYTHING WRONG!

It is absurd especially for a long-time xbox user who has a CLEAN record.

Banned For Something I did not do at Xbox one

Hi! So I was At vacation In France And My Cousin And Her family Were Visiting At My house The time I was ar Paris, But after Couple of days In France i got emailed from Xbox live enforcement That i got banned, You Can just Imagine What My reaction was after
seeing that email and Knowing that I did not get banned but "someone" (Probably my cousins Son whos 12 In my account got banned, And I dont really think that My suspension /Ban For not be able to play multiplayer on bout 2 weeks is fair For me as i wasnt
playing, i hope you canunban me my gt is

2 weeks means that it was either not the first time the account was suspended or the offence was quite serious.

You need to follow Smwutches advice & go to the enforcement site.
