    Why am I banned?

    Alright my gamertag Scary got permanently banned and I want answers, it says that I got banned for Account theft, phishing, and/or solicitation when I've never done any of that sort.

    My Gamertag is permanet banned. And I really dont know why. I didn't deserve that...

    it was the posting of selling accounts in your bio. even as a joke solicitation is not allowed on live even if no $ or points were exchanged you will still get banned for it.

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. Your warning is the code of conduct/terms of service you agree to when you sign up for Live.

    There's no one here or at support who can help as it's an enforcement issue.

    If the decision of the case review was upheld then that's it,there is nothing you can do.
