Banned for serving justice?

Recently ive been playing overwatch alot and i have come across many cheaters exploiting map glitches where cheaters glitch themselves into walls and are able to get free kills, ive reported almost every person i have seen cheating and sent them a message
telling them to stop ruining experience for others and after i log in next day ive been informed that i have been comminucation banned for harassing? do xbox support actually check what a person has done before banning someone and what can i do to get rid
of it?

I have recently been banned for something that haven't done but no only have i had to serve the two weeks i have come back expecting to play and now i'm still banned and its says i'm not i not very happy with how i have been treated by Xbox and i would like
to know how i can fix this mess that has been caused, i want to know how to fix this and use xbox live again becuase i have served my two weeks.
