Banned for school pride

I was banned for posting "cocks by 90" in my bio, a very common phrase referring to the South Carolina "gamecocks." Now I cannot play on my account which I pay for while on one of the only breaks from college of the year. And cannot contact Xbox enforcement
in any way shape or form, besides a case review which takes a full week for them to process anyway. This is an absolute joke, another victory for Microsoft who cares nothing for its consumers.

I was banned for no reason it even says I was banned at 11 when I was at school

I wasn't banned from Xbox chat for no reason I was at school and my account got banned so I was wondering why it was banned
