    Hello. My brother was banned for saying "****" in direct messages.

    Full story:

    He claims he was playing Rainbow 6 Seige with his friends, and after someone blaming him and his friends for another team rushing said person, and overall just being annoying, and so he replied with "you are being an **** and you are so annoying." He then was banned from the following; Party chat, Direct message chat, Sharing things to Xbox live, and a few other things as well I believe.

    Questions:

    Is this reasonable?

    Is swearing/calling someone annoying a bannable offense?

    If the answer to one of/both questions is "yes," please tell me why it is reasonable or cite the part of the TOS stating that you may not swear/call people annoying.

    You can view your ban at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if the ban is eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums. Sorry.

    My enforcement history says com ban but I was total banned work a week saying perm ban.

    Xbox is a joke.

    Still can't contact these and I should be given a refund

    Account was hacked, just got it back and it appears to be that I'm banned.

    Its not banned, it just says on xbox.com that the account is suspended. NOT BANNED.
