Banned for reporting

I'm playing gta online. Some players start shooting at me so I shot back and they lost. The person then decides to message me and start trash talking to me, at which point I say to "chill it's a game" that's it, I didn't trash talk back, I didn't instigate
any further, that was it. Well this kid keeps messaging me and asking for my address and personal information, basically harassing me and spamming me with messages. I do start to get mad and I say some things to this person that weren't so nice how ever they
then sent me my address and house number at which point I congratulated him for giving me all the proof I need to report him. So I did. About two days later I get a communication ban. Ok no big deal I said some "naughty words" and some feelings got hurt. But
then two more days later I'm banned for harassment, threats, and hate speach. Mind you I used the f word and said a variation of a word that means mentally disabled however no hate speech. I am banned from xbox live till the year 9999 for reporting someone
else who not only harassed me and threatened me but also performed illegal acts as well and hacked into my personal info. Even with screen shots of the messages and other proof Microsofts elite team of xbox live jr police can't seem to get it right and continue
to ruin a once great community of gamers who valued the xbox band. Thank you Microsoft I now know why I've been a loyal customer for 17 years.

If you reported the sender then they probably would of got a suspension also.

 

Banned For Reporting?

I was playing Battlefield4 today and kept getting killed by a guy on my own team. Long story short, he kept killing me and another guy so we kicked him, reported him to Xbox and left the game. The guy followed us to 3 different games and sent me a message
on Xbox calling me [Mod Removed]so i reported that as well. Suddenly, I AM BANNED?!

My issue here, aside from wanting to know why I was banned, is that i cannot open an appeal on my suspension. I was told by a support guy that there should be an "Apply for Review" option but there isnt. This is the SECOND time i have been banned for reporting
someone.. first time i was given a free month and an apology. How are we supposed to report violations of your code of conduct if we get punished? Please help.

I won't be waisting my time by filing a case review. I'm done with xbox and I'm done with Microsoft. The xbox enforcement is a joke and has ruined xbox live in a big way. Why would I spend another dollar on a product that has such little appreciation for
there customers that they wrongfully block the person who made the report in the first place. My information was stolen. My credit card number, my home address, my cell phone number all hacked into and Microsoft did nothing but ban me for some one else hacking
into my account and stealing personal information as well as threatening and harassing. Pacersfan138755 is the one who should be banned not me but microsoft doesn't give a **** about its customers as long as they can make their money. Pacersfan138755 is a
hacker and theif. Pacersfan138755 should be banned. Pacersfan138755 should be spammed and mass reported by anyone who sees this. Pacersfan138755 is a HACKER AND THIEF. Pacersfan138755 stole my credit card info hacked my info and got my home address and cell
phone number. Microsoft how can you let this happen. Pacersfan138755 should pay for what he's done.
