Banned for reporting a hacker.

Which is ridiculous that as paying customers for years we have to sit and wait. I've been dealing with the same issue since the 12th with no luck and no fix to the problem. Every support team I've contacted leads to a dead end. I think they should be embarrassed with how mediocre their systems are. They're very close to losing me as a customer over this.

In situations like that, it's best to just report and block instead of responding to them. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the enforcement site right now not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to do a case review. All you can do is wait for that to be fixed to find out why you were suspended.

No you have found that if you send hackers messages informing them of your actions, you get banned.

The ONLY thing to do with hackers is report them, that`s it.

Don't know what you mean, as the point I believe it's that he was banned, if you are talking about the point about hackers, reports reviewed and corroborate as hackers are take seriously resulting in bans, you won't really know if enforcement takes actions about your reports as they won't notify you about actions taken
