Banned for random disconnects?!!

Banned for a faulty wireless controller design and implementation that randomly disconnects?!!!! Not my fault and I'm banned?!!!! check the batteries,sync,updates,etc.?? really???? You suck MS. You geniuses give us a wireless-only controller?!! Really?!!!
Check for other interfering devices...really?!!!!!

why did my get get banned

my gamertag Dismal Seb got banned for no reason i was playing world at wwar and i got a random a random invite i joined and then i played with him online and got banned half hour later

Got banned from communication for more than 24hrs for no reason when I was being harassed from the start by some random person.

I seriously doubt you were banned for a disconnecting controller... if you were suspended from Xbox Live, you can log in at
http://enforcement.xbox.com and click the orange hammer for details of the suspension. If you were suspended from a specific game, you'll need to reach out to the developers of that game to get more
information.

If that doesn't work then it might be a problem that many previously banned people have had. Unfortunately, I am sorry to say it but your Xbox live may have been permanently banned for a violation of the Terms of Use and/or Code of Conduct. To find out why
