Banned for playing a Backward Compatible Game

Hello,

So i was playing a Backward Compatible game (Call Of Duty Black Ops 2) on my xbox one, and i was playing online and after that i left --closed the game -- shut down my xbox and i havent used it for a long time, but i launched it today and i found out that
it might be banned. I also got two error codes:

(0x80a40019) - trying to add an account to the xbox.

(0x80a40020) - trying to open the store on the xbox.

im really in-need of your help.

Generally games don't work cross platform unless they're playing a backwards compatible game - Xbox One Backward Compatibility

 

Does xbox one s allow you to play xbox 360 games online multiplayer

If it's a backwards compatible game then yes. If it's a game that's available on both platforms, but not backwards compatible, then they are seen as separate versions so you both would need to be playing the same version.

it does not appear, everything is fine and there is no ban but the console says there is a ban.

 

I actually might know why I can't see the ban on http://enforcement.xbox.com. It's probably because the account that was on the banned console is no longer attached with the console since I formatted the console.
I am not sure on what to do next, and what really hurts the most is that the ban was given to the console randomly and in an unfair way without providing proof.

 

Console bans are not listed on the enforcement site, only account bans are. You can find more information about console bans here - Xbox Enforcement | How Do I
but there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding them.
