Banned for playfully cursing with a friend

i got my communications banned for calling a friend the B word over a text message. It was almost instant so i assume it was a bot who caught it or he filed the complaint trying to be funny. but yeah he was cussing me cuz he knows my mic is broke so i sent
him a message talking trash. Two GROWN men messing with each other. And now I'm banned for two weeks? I dont bully people or anything cmon now lets stop playin. im actually a chill user. i want this fixed. i asked for a case review on the enforcement thing
but i got a robotic reply. I want to unbanned. i want some answers. i dunno if any of this forum can help me but idk what else to do and this has dragged on long enough. i didnt just buy a subscription to have some petty stuff like this. if you wanna tell
me im not allowed to privately send trash talk texts to people i know. ok? cool. but unban me cuz i didnt abuse anyone and thats the so called reason i got banned. if you cant unban me can you forward this to someone who can.

Accidentally banned from communication by friend

Me and my friend were playing around in the messaging app and sending some playful banter. But then, my friend "Im Atlas" decided that it would be funny if he reported some of the messages that I sent him. He even texted me to apologize for getting me banned.
Please undo this so that I may get in touch with my friends through Xbox, I promise I do not send messages to hurt people; only playfully. My gamertag is "."

It wasn't a "bot" as all reports are reviewed by a person.Reports take time to investigate so you were probably suspended for something you did weeks ago.

If you've already filed for a case review then there's nothing you can do other than wait out the suspension.

There is no one to forward this to,the enforcement team don't use the forums,a case review is the only way to contact them.

Your friends are modding there avatars outside the TOS/COC

Their accounts will be banned in no time for the violations.

I'm sure Playstation run a similar set of rules to Xbox reference the online services and cursing, Please don't forget the best course of action if someone is hassling you is to either block or block and report the other person and not to take a course of
action that may result in a suspension for yourself.
