Banned For Nothing

Ok...Saturday I Come In From Outside....I Get On My Xbox For Some Gaming..well Wow My Little sister shows Me That My console is banned...well Why...They dont tell me why....They Wont help me..the enforcement office or something are unreachable dont know
how long or why...Nobody will help me..this console is 3 months old..i got it for the holidays..they say you Dont loose your Games...But wow i loose my Games i cant even get on my account to send feedback...i feel like garbage...i Need help,nobody will help...Id

The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive. For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

 

Bans are issued when you have violated the Code of Conduct, and someone may have reported you for it. It can be from days or weeks before, whenever the Enforcement team was able to review that report.

You can view more information by logging into
http://enforcement.xbox.com. If eligible, you can submit a case review as your appeal.

The forums and customer support are unable to assist with suspensions. All suspension-related matters are solely handled on the Enforcement website.

 

You can't file for a case review for a console ban.

There's 2 types,a 30 day console ban which is usually issued if several accounts on the same console have received bans/suspensions.

The 2nd is a permanent console ban which can be issued for tampering,extreme violations of the CoC/ToU etc.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account giving you the reason.

As long as your console is your home console & set in offline mode then you can use your games while not connected to live.

I would ask yourself a few questions:

1: Am I the only person that uses the console?

If the answer is yes, then think if you have done something that is against the terms and conditions, if other people use it, then find out what they have done.

Console bans aren't something that Microsoft does lightly, there will be a reason.

Except that isn't true, it isn't even "many". Only banned people are mad and based on how many use their Xbox and Live with NO issues at all, they are a very, very small number of users.

Go right on ahead thinking that people are being banned for "no reason" OP. You do know that you have ALWAYS loosed (sic) your games when the console is banned?
