Banned for nothing?

I was told someone from the enforcement team would help me here but no one is here! Some jerk kids came along reported me and now i am unable to play what i have purchased this is a disgrace! Xbox support wont fix it and neither the enforcement team! So
if your reading this i find your iquory or series if questions silly it doesnt resolve anything at all!!!!!! And some questions are opiniotive like for exampe......... Is it okay to share your name and phone number on xbox? I selected false as in its not okay
and i was incorrect it sayed the following: You can but its not suggested do at your own risk! Like what the heck honestly how is this supposed to help me! I came home form a long day wanting to play the games i payed for with the friends i love but
then get tossed around Microsoft.com ! This isnt a way to make your community better! People leave because of this! Its destroying the community!

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums. While answering to the questionare in the case review you msut always refer to the Code of Conduct and the information you find here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/

Except that isn't true, it isn't even "many". Only banned people are mad and based on how many use their Xbox and Live with NO issues at all, they are a very, very small number of users.

Go right on ahead thinking that people are being banned for "no reason" OP. You do know that you have ALWAYS loosed (sic) your games when the console is banned?

Enforcement is nothing to do with support so they have given you the incorrect info.

100 day suspensions are issued when someone has committed multiple violations of the ToU/CoC.

For some reason they do not show on the enforcement site
here & can not be appealed.

You will have to wait out the suspension.

There's nothing anyone on the forums or at support can do.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why & how long for or you can check on the enforcement site
here where you can file for a case review if eligible.

You will not be told who reported you.

You can't file for a case review for a console ban.

There's 2 types,a 30 day console ban which is usually issued if several accounts on the same console have received bans/suspensions.

The 2nd is a permanent console ban which can be issued for tampering,extreme violations of the CoC/ToU etc.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account giving you the reason.

As long as your console is your home console & set in offline mode then you can use your games while not connected to live.
