Banned for nothing, without warining.

I recently received a permanent ban, for what i honestly am clueless. I would appreciate an explanation. I have contacted support multiple times and received and very little info as for what to do about this. I posted the attached picture and it was immediately
taken down as if i was committing cyber terrorism. My intent was not to offend anyone, i was simply playing a game. I wished to share this screenshot and 2 others of the same content with friends in a group that is dedicated to this game. I have seen videos
of hookers being murdered and beaten in GTA5, as well as uncensored breasts in the in game strip club. Not to mention the **** during the lap dances (in game) followed by the mass murder of all the strippers and patrons of the in game strip club. All on xbox
and its various clubs. That for some reason is fine, but the second an actual historic object is pictured in a game i get a permanent ban. I would like to add i don't even think i have ever been reported, i am a good member of this community who has spent
thousands of dollars on my Xbox and the digital games i own (which i now don't have access to). I feel wronged and thrown away by a company i have supported and recommended since i was a small child. I am now 20. If asked, i would not have argued and simply
removed my posts. They didn't give me that option and went straight to a ban. This is immoral and lacking any sort of integrity on Microsoft's part. Please remove this ban, I did nothing wrong. What will you do when COD:WW2 comes out? Ban every person who
posts a screenshot or DVR that may contain a ****? Of course not its a WW2 game, so why should i be punished?

What term of service did i break? Who decides what goes against these terms and what doesn't?

 

The enforcement team are the ones who determine whether or not you've done something to violate the terms.. The reason you were banned would be listed on their site, but most likely it was for:

Content that is controversial. For example:

• Sexual, provocative, pornographic, or adult content
• Violent content
• Controversial religious content
• Anything involving notorious people or organizations
• Anything involving sensitive events, current or historical

 

How to I contact the enforcment team? Did you not read or see my post? There was nothing controversial about it.

Just because you do not believe there may be something controversial about this, does not mean that others feel the same way.

 

Do you both honestly believe that me posting a picture, should cost me thousands of dollars of losses? I didn't realize I was doing something wrong.

 

I live in the south so I understand the controversy with that pic. It's definitely a violation. As far as the severity of the ban that's totally up to the enforcement team. Length of suspensions can vary depending on the severity of the case and any previous
enforcement actions you may have had on your account.

 

I do not live in the south, Confederates wounded one of my ancestors at ceder creek he was from Ireland. I'm not offended by it, Its a video game not real life. **** imagery is fine in video games but confederate imagery is not? The double standard practiced
by the enforcement team is horrendous. I have received a permanent ban over a picture that i would have had no problem removing myself had i known it would cause any problems. My only fault is my ignorance.

 

Video games have ratings because of things like that. Everything on Live had to be rated E for everyone and has to follow the code of conduct.

 

You ignore any question i ask, why?
