Banned for nothing? Profile picture access taken.

Anyone else been banned for their profile picture? I cant sumbit a case review even though im 100% sure my picture didnt violate anything, the image wasnt innapropriate. I changed it to a png image and zoomed into the open space, which means the image
looks invisible. Not fair at all.

Changing your gamer picture won't hide the evidence from MS. They can access everything you ever did with your profile since its creation.

I recently been told of a app called exbox beta for windows 10. im fonfused on how theres 2 of them to manage your account and when using it, it said custom gamer pic so i chose a tv show i watch for the picture. The picture did not have anything that broke
the rules for exbox community from what i saw. I am not sure if im allowed to use this app or not and if i can get banned. please help.

Usually the issue is that it violates one of the following rules about the picture.

• Images and other content you don’t have permission to use
• Images intended to harm or harass another person
• Images that depict nudity or are sexual in nature
• References to illegal drugs
• Depictions of real-life violence or excessive violence/gore
• Images containing personal information
• References to hate groups, terrorist organizations, or notorious figures
• Inflammatory images directed towards specific demographic groups

 

You do.realize.that zooming into. A certain spot doesnt remove the violation right?

When you send a file.you send the whole.picture

Not.jist.the zoom

However.if.you did it.properly and cropped.it. So.the offending content is not.in the file.thata completely different
