Banned for nothing got proof

I was suspended from communications recently a month after my last one an I just got my reply from my appeal and they have only went and banned me for the previous messages that was sent that got me suspended the first time, they have banned me twice for
the same thing not for anything new so if I get reported I get banned instantly that is unfair an needs to be addressed

my account has been hacked recently and I came to know that someone else is using my account ! I somehow managed to recover my account from the hacker but the first thing I notice after recovering my account is that my account has been banned for two weeks
from playing online ! It should come to Microsofts knowledge that I had nothing to do with this ! Kindly remove my ban from my account ! Please ! Gamer tag : ! Email is : [MOD REMOVED]
