Banned for nothing by a Xbox employee

Last night after being provoked by a message I responded (nothing too harsh, just banter really). Shortly after I receive a ban. I believe i responded to a Xbox employee or a friend of an employee and was immediately banned. This absolutely unfair and I
don't believe my words warranted a ban. It so bogus, that the reporting system can be so easily abused and Microsoft is so ill equipped to support ban issues.

Is it legal/allowed for an xbox employee to change my gamertag if the account is banned

One of my accounts that i owned is banned. But it is mine and since the gamertag is considered "cool" it was taken by an employee. Literally someone accessed my account and changed it so they can have the name. No it wasnt stolen by somebody random you cannot
change a banned gamertag. It was an employee and im upset wether it was banned or not

 

Banned by chatting with an Employee

You would not be banned for chatting with an employee. Suspensions are not instant so the enforcement team would have been investigating your account for something else that could have happened weeks before.

 

If someone harasses you on xbox live just report that person or block him from further abuse. Retaliating violates the Code of Conduct and is subject to enforcement act (Mind you only enforcement team decides on enforcement acts after investigating the issue)
