    I was just getting of suspension and I was in a party with my friend and I got a message from Xbox and got banned for the same reason communication so now I'm here sharing my story cause of a group of kids don't like my gamer tag and that it's misspelled
    they reports me 2 times in a row

    I searched google but nonthing confirmed or specific regarding account prerequisite just to watch HD movies from Zune. I don't game just want to use live points to watch movies without having to pay for a Gold account to do this.

    Any response or confirmation would be appreciated.

    i am getting it too! and i have 3! my live email, a gmail and my phone number. i get asked to add another phone number or another email :/ this needs to stop. it doesnt happen with the other profile that uses the consol and he has nonthing set up :/

    Device band can't be lifted, if was a temporary ban the time of the ban needs to end if it's a permanent ban, it will remain banned
