my girlfriend tried to log into her xbox 360 account but it said that she got banned and me and her never use a hacked xbox or anything of that nature but the day before me and her was playing black ops 2 and there was 2 hackers that joined the search and
destroy lobby and they had aimbot, godmode, and they were teleporting players out of the map and im not sure if any of that had to do with the problem and if you need to see what i am talking about i had saved the gameplay of this annoying incident

It doesn't matter if you had nothing there when the suspension was issued, it all depends what was there when someone filed a complaint about your Gamertag. So you're going to Sony because you couldn't be bothered to the read the Code of Conduct when you
joined. Ignorance is bliss I guess.

I'm not 100%. Going off by what I've heard from some individuals. Basically if you end up participating in these rigged games, everyone gets banned. Even the innocent ones.

 

The enforcement team actively play these games just to catch the modders at it, they do not just randomly ban innocent people just for being put in a lobby with them.

 

Perhaps the enforcement teams suck at their job

 

so what will i do to get her account unbanned because i find it messed up that we are getting penalized for someone elses choices if you need the hackers gamertags i will tell

Post here, but you will not get it unbanned, they will just repeat what you have already been told.

 

why would we continue to play xbox when everytime we get into a random game there might be a hacker and we get penalized for it all of this is messed up because there are hackers out there not getting banned for all of this and the innocent people have to
suffer Xbox you really need to work on your security

 

They do get banned, check out the suspension forum i linked.

Unfortunately the modders outnumber the genuine players on all call of duty games, and the enforcement team simply can not keep up with banning them.

That or they play on secondary accounts, so they don`t care about being banned.

You can try calling xbox support... I doubt they'll do anything to help though

 

Xbox support do not deal with account bans, they will send you back here.

xbox support said to contact you guys and they also said that you guys will fix a ban

 

They lied, we are not enforcement, we are regular users.
