BANNED FOR NO REASON TILL 22ND SEPTEMBER

My gamertag has been banned: Link Viper

I have no idea why I have been banned, I was playing GTA missions about 1 hour 30 mins before I got the email about the ban, and I have NO IDEA why!!

I seriously don't deserve this, I have not violated any of Rockstars or Microsofts Terms of Conditions!

I dont know how to reach Enforcement team after a Case Review, hope this get attention and someone authorized person will see this.

So everything started when I got my communication ban this week. I made a Case Review about it to see the reasoning behind it and when I went to see response, I saw that I was banned till year 9999. Thats when I totally flipped out, I didnt believe my eyes,
and I hoped it was a bug.

I have been " avoid me" reputation for 4 months because of report abuse. Rainbow Six Siege has been the only game where I have been able to find any games. So I've been playing R6 only.

Now the tricky part comes: R6 has only 2 playlists: Ranked and Casual (unranked). I have the highest rank in the game (Diamond) and I mainly play Casual (where team of diamonds can match up against party of beginners). R6 is game where is ton of things and
"nerdy" stuff what you can do when you practice a lot that beginners cannot.

In R6 theres a thing called spawn peeking (Defender runs outside to kill Attackers from spawn. PS. Defenders will have 3 sec timer counting down when they are outside before Attackers will see them with outlines: like wallhack, and screen is red and there
is a text: You are detected); which is totally legit and fair but it can be annoying when you get spawn killed beginning in the round and then have to wait like 4mins spectating. However beginners feel like its against the rules when they got killed like that
and I've got TONS of messages saying: Reported because of that. Sometimes the whole enemy team Reports me and let me know that with messages like that.

And theres the snowball effect; I have reputation: Avoid Me and the only way to get it up is to play games. And when i play, I get reported again, almost every game. Me and my friends think that they do that sometimes only because they see I have a bad rep
and they know what that does to you.

I had similar case last summer when I was playing Halo 5 eith my friend. There was new playlist called social doubles(unranked) and we grinded that like 3 weeks staright. When we started I had good rep, but after 4 weeks my friend had rep: Needs work and
I had: Avoid Me. Guess why? We won like 120+ games straight. We never sent any messages to anyone. We didnt even need to. We won all the games, we had fun. Untill I got that rep and couldnt play anymore.

This is so wrong. Microsoft banned the wrong innocent guy. I've always been competitive anf emotional player but I have never ever cheating, yelling at game chat or trolling or whatever. I've sent stupid messages sometimes and git banned because of it and
learned a lesson. But this is so wrong. I have 8-9 years behind that account (Gt:Miq) and thousands of money spent. And I gave done nothibg wrong, but winning games and played games how it is made and developed.

I hope this get attention and Justice is made. I dont deserve this suspension. If my gamestyle in games annoys enemy team it should not be the reason why I have life time suspension. Overally I have always been nice guy in Xbox LIVE.

If you got the email it should have stated why you were ban

 

Won`t be long before this GT account is banned as well, since you have on-line achievements which have been unlocked off-line!

 

You obviously have violated the ToC or CoC or you wouldn't have been suspended.

Probably got caught in the black ops lobby you were in.

 

Why don't the enforcers give the specific reasons for suspending/banning? I checked out the "Why am I suspended/banned" section and ALL of the responses seemed like canned responses and say "includes but is not limited to..." IMHO, that doesn't really answer
the question. If someone did something without knowing it was a violation, how will they know exactly what happened so they don't do it again? It's like arguing with my wife... "If you don't know what you did, then I'm not going to tell you."

 

I havent been in a 'black ops lobby' all i've played is gta? and then I got banned for no reason what so ever? I haven't violated any ToC or CoC what so ever? and the gamersocre on this is legit? it's my dads account

 

Btw this is just used as a dummy account like microsoft suggested so...

 

If you haven`t been in a black ops lobby how did you manage to get nearly all the achievements in one day?

There must be at least 50 hours of gameplay there, yet you did it it 24 maximum.

And no playing offline,re-downloading your profile, playing on a mates console,or any other excuse you can think of, will allow you to have a date stamp on each of those achievements earned on the same day.

I could also mention world at war too.

No one here is stupid,microsoft certainly aren`t, you know the reason for your ban,live with it and be grateful its not permanent.

 

This is a different account? My OTHER one was banned are you seriously that dumb you can't read? No one knows why they are banned, there has been cases of 1000's of people who have been banned and they were playing GTA as their last game, someone has ***
up somewhere, and I have been banned wrongfully! and the achievements have been like this for sooo long, I dont care about this account its my other one which has been banned wrongfully.

 

I am talking about your banned account, not the one you`re posting on.

It makes no difference what your last played game is, investigations on suspensions can take months.

 

Ah screw it then, its two weeks could have been worse
