Banned for no reason seriously

I have went through all the proper channels to solve this issue to no avail. A few days ago my account stopped working with a message stating I've been permanently banned. My gamertag is W1norlose on xbox. I then went on the enforcement website multiple times to figure out why and it doesn't state I have any active bans therefore I have no way of fighting the ban or submitting a case review like the reps have asked me to do MULTIPLE times. I have NO ACTIVE BANS on my account. I am extremely frustrated because I do not cheat I do not duplicate I do not mod I do not do it. How is this acceptable when I've paid so much towards game pass,live, digital games and content. I need this ban to be be fixed immediately or a way to submit to xbox please. I am beyond mad and just want answers.

There is an issue with the notification system for suspensions telling everyone they are permanently suspended, when it's actually a shorter suspension. You can try contacting support and they can tell you how long your suspension actually is, but they won't have any further information about the suspension. There's currently an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment.

Seriously? So if I have a subscription past due and never pay it they can ban and close my account for just that reason?
