You need to go to the enforcement website and apply for a case review so the enforcement team can decide to uplift your ban

The only way you get suspended is if you violate the code of conduct. Stay within the rules and you'll be fine. False reports against you, will not get a suspension.

To answer a number of your questions - You can submit a case review via the
enforcement site to dispute any qualified suspension. Users have to get through the questionnaire and wait for the decision. If the decision is upheld, there is nothing further that can be done about the suspension.

If a user gets an account suspension from Live, they can still play their games, but they have to use the console offline on the account's home console as the account won't be able to use the console online. It's another reason it's advised to make sure
a user's home console is one that they can physically access.

Never be afraid to use the mute option (either mute your mic so you don't accidently say something, or mute users so you don't have to hear the users), report anyone that is breaking the Code of Conduct (never respond to the user), then block the user.
