    I recently logged onto my xbox account and was met with a screen that said ive been suspended permanently, i went to the enforcement xbox page and it says i have a perfect record. according xbox support i was supposed to wait a while and or use another browser, ive waited 2 days and used 4 different browers and devices. Im mainly confused because i beleive ive done nothing wrong and no one from xbox can give me an explanation or a time or anyhting, they all direct me to talk to the enforcement team or submit a case but i cant submit a case because it says i have a perfect record so theres to no case to submit. ive also never been banned or anything on this account before so id like any explanation or anything to help me get back into my account. ive spent alot of money and hours, would like to just get my account back please.

    I have also been banned for no reason.

    I requested and got a call from the Xbox support team on Monday and was told it should be fixed within the day or to request a call a day or two later. I was wondering when the bug might be fixed roughly. As I have also spent countless hours and alot of $$$.

    also alot of us have had to make new accounts costing also $79.95au plus in game content purchases, will everyone affected by this issue be compensated for this major outage

    All you can do is wait for the site to be fixed so it's showing the suspension and then see if you can submit a case review. It's most likely not a permanent suspension either.

    This is a big problem especially for xbox gamers such as ourselves, but a problem like this has presented with many people and for the same reason(none) the truth is theres not much explanation, besides to wait for your account to be fixed correctly by one of the staff. Hopefully you have a good day, im sure you will get a notification by microsoft soon.
