    Banned For No Reason From Sending Messages To People Not In My Friends List


    Why have I been banned from sending messages to people that are not in my friends list? Every time I tried sending a message I keep on getting a red message that says something like "You cannot send messages to this user due to your behaviour." What behaviour?
    I haven't done anything wrong. I tried under my old and disused account and the same happened from there. I created a sample account to try from fresh and the same happened there. It's as if I'm blocked through my IP address. I want to know what this behaviour
    garbage is all about because as I said, I haven't done anything wrong. I want this block removed.

    Not letting me send messages to friends or others...my account has nothing wrong with it and no I'm not banned from sending messages there are no restrictions on my account..

    hi ive got banned from sending messages to my friends and cant talk in party chat with them.

    ive been banned for no reason as i dont send messages to anyone but only my mates.

    im always in a party with them as im never in game chat. so i was wondering why ive got the ban?

    Thanks but I clicked on the link and it never helped me. All it did was got me to verify my account. I never got a chance to contact the enforcement team about this.

    Have you checked to see if you have a suspension at enforcement.xbox.com? if that is not the case try the following

    [mod removed] is back and annoying me...

    because they are not bots, they are real accounts just made to phish. what they could do is ban from sending messages to people not on your friends list until you have made a purchase. similar to what steam does.

    The problem is not with friends. People on my friends list can invite me. People who are not on my list can send me messages but nothing else.
