Discus and support banned for my "past behaviour" but i have a perfect record in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; hey!! im unable to send messages because of my "past behaviour" but when i checked the enforcement page, i have a perfect record?? i didnt receive any...     hey!!

    im unable to send messages because of my "past behaviour" but when i checked the enforcement page, i have a perfect record?? i didnt receive any email in relation to this, still have a good record and frankly have no idea what i did to warrant being reported.
    any help would be appreciated! i just want to have this messaging restriction removed.

    Unable to send messages

    When I try to send messages to my friends, it tells me my messaging is not working for my account, and when I try to use the xbox website to send it says: "Because of your past behaviour, you will be unable to send messages", but when I go on enforcement.xbox.com,
    it says I have a perfect record. Any solutions?

    Hi,

    I recently bought a xbox one s and i wanted to message a friend but i keep getting "messaging isnt working for your accoung" so i went to
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/home to check my record and it says that I have a perfect record and my reputation says "good player", then i tried to message him using the xbox website on my pc and it told me that
    "Because of your past behaviour, you will not be able to send any messages". What should i do to fix it?

    Banned on mineplex server.

    According to xbox I have a perfect record and no band of any kind on record. This seems to be an issue of my appeal being accepted and someone forgetting to unban me. Also, xbox telling me I have a perfect record really makes me question the validity of
    the ban that was placed on me by mineplex.

    I just checked Enforcement, It says I have a perfect record so I haven't been banned (At least to my knowledge)

    Xbox banned. However, never received notice of enforcement and record is shown as clean.

    There is no ban shown and my record is perfect however my Xbox is acting as if it were banned and not allowing me to join parties
