Banned for my one week off and it won't tell me why.

The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here can tell you ahy.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were suspended & how long for or you can check on the enforcement site

It wasn't banned when I got it! It was BRAND NEW and I played online with it! It got banned after about a week and a half and I don't know why! Microsoft just picked me out and banned my Xbox and they won't tell me why or send me a new one? It's so unfair?!

My Question Was Why Have I Been Banned And That Hasn't Been Answered So

And Your Threatening To Ban Me Won't Stop Me For Getting What I Rightly Deserve Im Not Just Gonna Let £200 Go Like That ,I Paid For A Service And Want To Know Why I Was Banned From The Service For A Week..So Untill I'm 1 Un-banned Or 2.Told An Legitament

What bothers me the most is that they will tell you why your GT is banned, including all violations, but they won't tell you why your console is banned. In my opinion a GT is the less serious of the two. So why not an answer for a consule ban. I'm just
going off of what I'm hearing from all of you people that they won't give me an answer. I will just hope and wait for a response like customer support said they would provide.

So final post to this discusssion:

Two/three weeks ago i received my xbox one x back

The problem is fixed but.... Microsoft won't tell me what the fixed/repaired.

So for people that have the same issue? Send your xbox to microsoft and the will fix it for u but the won't tell you why.
