Banned for my gamerpic

Why was it temporarily banned ???

No, xbox just didn’t like my gamerpic

Based on the description, your account was temporarily banned for using an image of your preference for your gamerpic. Let us check and see on what we can do to help address your concern in a timely manner.

Before we proceed any further, we would like to set your proper expectation that Enforcement action is handled solely by Xbox Enforcement team. This means that here in community forum and customer support channels cannot further assists any enforcement related issues. What we can do is to provide information on what to do to prevent it from happening again.

The way we express ourselves online is important. Your gamerpic, screenshots, game clips, and uploaded custom imagery are great ways to show off who you are and your interests. When you engage with the Xbox community, we always recommend leaving a positive impact. Whatever imagery you choose, it’s important to make sure that that imagery doesn’t cause harm or disrupt others on the Xbox network.

I went to xbox enforcement, however, I did not get an answer that justifies the banishment of my account except: "gamerpic".

The problem is that my gamerpic is a gamerpic from the xbox selection! I have the xbox logo and I'm banned for my gamerpic or is the logic... the enforcement service has no number, no email. customer service is unable to respond to my request. I've been going crazy for 9 days now I can't have a chat group anymore. anyway thank you for your answer ✌🏾

So funnily enough, my latest ban showing on the enforcement website for , was in 2020 for a gamerpic violation. So that’s not really not helpful at all.
