    Banned for lunacy.


    Does Microsoft punish play or am I insane? I was banned from playing online games for 2 weeks. Reason: Harassing players. Playing GTA online is obviously very toxic, but being butthurt shouldn't be a real reason to punish players. I haven't repeatedly killed
    a player, I haven't destroyed someone's personal vehicle, nor did I annoy people. I helped some of my school friends with his CEO work, making some GTA money. I get off of GTA and about a few hours later I get a vague Xbox Live message and I check it out.
    Banned from playing online games and I haven't play anything but GTA and overwatch. Can anyone explain if I'm more likely to get this decision overturned or not.

    You will need to file a case review with the enforcement team to see if they will overturn the suspension. The instruction for file a case review is located at this link: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

    Be ware that the case review is the only way to communicate with the enforcement team and they do not monitor these forum.

    As part of the process to file a case review you will need to take a quiz to test your understanding of the Code of Conduct, you can find the code at the like I gave you too.
