    Banned for Harassment


    My Xbox account has been getting banned numerous times now I have a feeling it’s being compromised since I’m mostly at work and have very little time to play changed my password a couple times and now I have been getting messages from unknown people which
    raises my suspicion. Any information would be greatly appreciated and if this problem is going to persist I will probably just switch to PS4.

    Banned for Harassment

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. They can only be contacted via the case review process on enforcement.xbox.com if the ban is eligible. The incidents that lead to the enforcement likely happened weeks ago as it takes time for the enforcement
    team to investigate reports.

    I am very disappointed. I have been banned unfairly from xbox live.

    I just got banned because someone sexually harassed me and I told them to stop sexually harassing me and I'm the one that got banned

    That doesnt help me at all. I was harassed first no matter what. If i had just reported it that doesnt take away the fact i was harassed. I was playing an online game minding my own business when this player started harassing me. Reporting it doesnt take
    back the harassment i endured. Then i end up getting banned and not them. Thats ridiculous. I will not stand for a platform that allows someone to be harassed and then bans the person who was harassed.

    But the message didn’t brake the rules. Wasn’t harassment, profanity or violence. Which is why I got confused as to why I got banned. Says harassment but how is it harassment?

    If you actually read my post I ALREADY WENT THERE. THEY DENIED MY CLAIM WHEN I WAS HARASSED. IM BANNED WHEN I WAS HARASSED.
