Banned for Harassing someone who instigated discussion

Attention Xbox,

Absolutely floored by the sheer incompetence of you're enforcement team. They got together and said, "what would make sure we spend the least amount of time actually working?" and came up with the absolute crooked, broken, unfair report system you have in place today.

Here is how your absolute garbage system works. One person initiates a discussion with a direct, albeit, PG insult. The insulted person then responds with an absolutely abhorrent response, because he was insulted. Xbox's answer? Ban the word because words hurt. What a load of [mod removed]. I can't believe you don't do an ounce of legwork to determine if offensive language was brought on by ones own deep seated hatred or as a response to a dumb little twit. Sometimes, people should have to see words that make them feel bad because THEY ASKED FOR IT.

Harassment is defined in several different ways but the consensus is that it's UNWARRENTED. When a person initiates a confrontation, regardless of how PG it is, that person has opened himself up to whatever possibilities arise. It is NOT fair for the original victim (me) to be the one to receive the ban because of some stupid "buzzwords" you have saved in there to protect peoples simple brains. The other party initiated the harassment but since I didn't report and chose to handle the situation myself, I am the one at fault. Even if I had reported it, it didn't contain the special words you cowards use to save people's special places. You could say it's to protect kids but the average age of gamers now a days is like 35 so that argument doesn't hold water.

Xbox, this is the dumbest thing I've ever seen and the only reason I'm writing about it, is because I'm banned from Xbox and bored. I was harassed and don't have an outlet to focus my rage anymore(for 14 days). You're laziness is insane and when I try to contact someone, they told me they couldn't do anything cause enforcement is so much more important and doesn't work 24 hrs. Lol WUT? YOU'RE A MULTIBILLION DOLLAR COMPANY??!?!? YOU DON'T HAVE 24 HOUR SERVICE FOR THIS STUFF?!?!? What a load of used condoms. Tell someone to get to work. Someone needs to calculate the time I wasted on proving you idiots wrong, pay me for it, and TURN MY SERVICES BACK ON!!!

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team and they are the only ones who handles bans. No one here works for Microsoft.

That doesnt help me at all. I was harassed first no matter what. If i had just reported it that doesnt take away the fact i was harassed. I was playing an online game minding my own business when this player started harassing me. Reporting it doesnt take
back the harassment i endured. Then i end up getting banned and not them. Thats ridiculous. I will not stand for a platform that allows someone to be harassed and then bans the person who was harassed.

I just got banned because someone sexually harassed me and I told them to stop sexually harassing me and I'm the one that got banned

if you broke the rules of the code of conduct, the issues ban is fair.
