    these two people in my game on the opposite team reported me and sent me a message saying I was using hacks when I wasn't at all I tried to tell them this but they just started being mean then I did retaliate but I should not be the only on what banned here
    and I should not be banned at all.

    Because I did get banned for apparently 'hacking' which I have proof I didn't and I just activated a membership. Plus the people that do hack and use things to manipulate the game, don't get banned. I have reported numerous people for it and have proof they
    was doing so but still nothing happens to them. So I would like to know the appeal process.

    You can view your ban by logging into enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    No need to start blaming People. You must have got banned for a reason. You wouldn't be able to be unbanned as "medium bloke" had said above. One of my friends that i played with before didn't get banned at all cause he didn't hack. You must of hacked or
    played in a hacked lobby.

    Hey! If you didn't hack or boost in anyway, you should be good for the most part. Xbox would do a review of your gamertag, and wouldn't ban you without a valid reason. If they do find you as a hacker and you didn't hack, I suggest contacting customer support.
