Banned for getting cussed out?

so today I killed a kid on pubg riding by me on a motor bike. He proceeded to message me and cuss me out, telling me to die and get cancer and swearing me up and down. I got banned for telling him he was ****. Why? Because I was dumb and spelled the word
right while he spelled all his cuss words wrong. Apparantly i can't post the screenshots of the messages but id be glad to send them. His gamertag is Riphz. The Ban only lasts til tomorrow so I can't get it reviewed although I work a lot and Xbox is my downtime
so it's really messing up my weekend. Will send screen shot on request. Please sort this out.

I was cussed at but I never reported back the player reported me and now I’m banned from even talking for my account

 

Got banned , wasn't me

my cousin was on my Xbox and he cussed at someone on the messenger and they banned me .. I can't play online now cause of my cousin .. can't you take off my suspension please .. it wasn't me who cussed

 

also I forgot to mention there's like 10-20 messages all of him swearing and maybe 2 if not 1 of me. So please unban me and ban him. Or atleast ban him as well.

 

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. They do not use the forums and calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

In situations like that, it's best to just report the other person and block communications with them instead of responding to them.

 

You didnt get banned for him cussing you out.

You got banned for your actions not someone elses.

Like the previous responders have said the best thing to of done is to just block the other player and mute them that way you will more then likely not get matched up
