Banned for gamer pic changed without knowledge

My son got banned for a gamer pic being pornagraphic, but it was changed without his knowledge and he hasn't shared his account information with anyone. He hadn't been on Xbox in a couple days so when he got back on his gamer pic showed as a default pic,
so he changed it to what it was previously (a picture of Harry-wolf character from Scary Godmother) and then got banned. He did a Case Review and Enforcement still concluded he was banned. I reached out to Microsoft Support and the tech stated she didn't see
where he had gotten on any device to change it. Unfortunately, there is no other way to now contact Enforcement to get more information (no respond option). I want to ask them to investigate further to see if they would reconsider his account being reactivated
other than to go throught this public forum. They should be able to see where the pic was changed. Now all the money lost on the games he downloaded on that account is wasted. Can someone give me another way to get them to look at his account?

Custom gamer pics ?

I heard you can use custom gamer pics on Xbox one with windows 10 without getting banned . Is it true ? I really want something to stand out and of course it will be appropriate. These pics are bad.

So I recently got banned for having an “innapropriate nude pornographic content” on my gamer pic when my friend changed it. It was just an innocent anime school girl waving out of the window. Then the next thing I know, I get banned. I don’t remember when
it was against the rules of putting an anime school girl waving out of the window. The picture wasnt lewd in any way. Unless he changed it to aomething different without my knowledge, I’d like to know what it was changed to if possible. If not, I think that
the xbox enforcement team really needs to get their act together if an anime girl waving out of a window is “sexual/nude content”

Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Page to check if there is any options available. Let us know how it goes with a reply.

view your recent activity here. From your recent activity, you will be able to see the location your profile was signed into via IP address. If anything looks suspicious, you should
contact support directly.

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately, if the PET upheld an enforcement action there is nothing that can be done to reverse it.

I would suggest though changing your son's email and/or password at account.microsoft.com. Although he says he hasn't given out the info he may very well have either accidentally or deliberately. Sometimes younger people like to share their digital games
via the Home option. He may have put his account on a friends console and forgot to take it off.

 

Unfortunately there is nothing either the Forums here or Xbox Support can do regarding an Enforcement issue. If a case review has been done then there is nothing further ANYONE can do. I assume you are referring to a suspension though and not a ban, once
the suspension has been lifted he will again have access. I apologize we couldn't have given you better news.
