    My xbox has error x080a4001d - ban xbox live

    When playing FIFA 17, came the warning with the error 0x80a4001d and was banned from xbox live.

    I want to know why it was banned.

    My account on FIFA 17 was banned on DEC 9 and i received an email from EA saying that it was because i had sold coins. This has been a mistake. I never sold any coins and i haven't involved in any activities that would violate their ****. I have been in
    touch but their response email had a time frame of 72 hours but haven't heard back from them yet, there are many users who have been complaining about similar issue on other platforms but i just wanted to check if there is anything that can be done from your
    side? Please help. A ban in case of any violations from my side would be fine but this is not fair.

    I think you should check the
    Xbox Enforcement     web site hopefully it should contain more information about why the enforcement action taken against you and if eligible you can also request a case review from here.
