BANNED FOR DEFENDING MY MENTAL DISABILITY

I WAS RECENTLY BANNED FOR 1 WEEK AFTER DEFENDING MYSELF AND MY MENTAL DISABILITY AGAINST SOMEONE WHO THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY TO MAKE FUN OF ME FOR IT .. AFTER LOGGING IN TODAY I WAS TOLD MY ACCOUNT WAS BANNED FOR OVER A WEEK BC OF COMMUNICATIONS OR SOMETHING
, THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD , AND I SHOULD NOT BE BANNED FOR DEFENDING MY MENTAL DISABILITY , IF ACTIONS ARE NOT DONE I CAN ASSURE THAT I WILL BRING THIS TO A FORM OF JUSTICE EITHER THROUGH A COURT SYSTEM OR WORSE ..

Defending yourself is fine.It's how you do it.

If you do it in a away that violates the ToU/CoC then you risk being suspended.

As it's a week it's either not your first offence or whatever you did was fairly bad.

It's always best to just report & block anyone harassing you online,don't reply.

i have done this , but i want to spread the word that microsoft is corrupt , i should not have been banned for defending myself .. when ur at a bar , and someone starting talking down to u and insulting u , do u sit there and take it , or do u throw a punch
.. im only at fault because my punch hit harder

 

Regardless of somebody talking down to you, your immediate response should never be "to throw a punch." Violence is never the answer. You should use your words in retort.

 

Lol Microsoft isnt corrupt, only person at fault is yourself, you shouodnt have reacted. In future dont communicate with people you dont know, change the settings if you like.

 

Having issues with mental health I must say it is not what you said but how you said it.

 

MICROSOFT IS CORRUPT! Thats a fact! I know a people (trolls) who go around provoking other people by calling them the “N” word and giving them death threats and then when the other people respond defending themselves, they get banned while the harraser laughs
and moves on to his next victim while getting no punishment! When i reported them myself, still no ban! Arent they supposed to review reports instead of just instant ban? Microsoft enforcment team is just a corrupt game of who reports first and how many reports
do you get!

Its not thebother persons actions that got YOU in trouble

Its YOUR actions that did

It doesnt matter who stsrts the fight if you retailiate in anyway that violates the trtms of use you eill be punished if reported

His actions is his own and have no bearing on yiur report

If younaskrd a police officer if you can throw a punch becusse he stwrted it youd be in cuffs before you finished the sentance

 

If you hurt someone roughly, and he tells you, you can be banned, and you will be blocked for several days or weeks.
