    So today, I was accused of cheating and I don't remember when. I got a messages from Xbox live telling me something.. I didn't think it was importantly so I deleted it right away. Tonight when I was about to play with my pals I realized that I couldn't join
    them. Then it say she I was not able to play XBL due to cheating for two weeks. I didn't have such a goodnight reputation back then since many people like to report me for no reason. I promise that I never cheated before. Sorry for the inconvenience or misunderstanding,
    but I will accept the suspension if I have to.

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    They need to be banned. They are CHEATING. It's fine if you stumble on it once. But using it over and over again is cheating and I hope everyone who takes advantage of it is banned.

    What i meant was is i never have had a cheating ban. Ive been suspended for communications 4 times, thats what i meant. I wouldnt think communication bans and cheating bans are linked together?

    Why do i get banned when i report hackers and trollers

    There is no point filing complaints for cheating unless the game is new.

    The enforcement team only see what they want to see. They do not investigate cheating but they are very eager to ban you for any aggro the cheating causes.

    There are definitely double standards in the way bans are handed out.
