Banned for cheating yet I never cheated

    Banned for cheating yet I never cheated


    I am a12 year old that was banned while at school, I have never cheated nor even thought about it. I can't submit for a case review for some reason. The only reason I can think of is me completing a mission and glitching out into a wall ON ACCIDENT.

    My decision was upheld for my account saying it was cheating and it wasnt me

    I have gotten banned twice for cheating and i would never cheat i really want xbox support to send me screenshots of me cheating. But they cant cuz i have never cheated

    All ban-related matters are dealt with exclusively by
    Xbox Enforcement    , and they do not post here.

    Not all suspension cases are eligible for a case review. If you are able to fill out a case review, but unable to submit it due to website errors, you will have to try again later.

    thanks, i already posted there thats when they told me it was for cheating.

    Is it worth posting again? to ask what specifically it was? Could it be for leaving the game too often? my internet sucks and dc's a lot

    Hey DigestiveGrub2 there's a forum section just for account suspensions where an Xbox Live employe should be able to tell you why you were banned.
