Banned for Cheating and Communication, but without proof/reason

I'm very fond of the game Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, i've spent a long time playing it, and would say i'm a fair bit better than other players, but i get a lot of hate and unsupporting comments from the enemy team anytime i play, they accuse me of cheating
and report me for explaining that i'm not cheating or anything as such, but they do it anyways, tell me they do it after they've reported me. it is a quite network heavy game, and if your connection is poor (which mine sometimes can be), you sometimes have
less of an advantage or more of an advantage (which i don't support). i log off after the end of the match so i'm not game-throwing for my team in anyway, and wait for the connection to work itself out.

communication is my most banned reason, but that's after saying simple things like

Unhappy enemy message "reported for cheating, you're a d***" (some can be quite explicit)

(My most common response is)

Me : "don't get angry that i won, it's just a game, you'll win soon"

i've been really upset that my money is being wasted, not being able to play with my friends or brother online, not being able to talk to anyone

i've not had communication access for a month now.

(apart from the two days where i started being able to play online again except i got banned straight after two days, after using my mic for my brother and nobody else).

The case review is quite confusing for me and i'd like someone to actually look at my case instead of a machine do it by number of reports, because this game brings a lot of heavily aggressive players.

I wasted 6 years on my account and then i got ban for ever cause many people reported me for cheating but no one had a proof on me and enforcement banned me without reason! As well system reputation is absolutly sh*t! This xbox only for little kids anymore
or for people without brains and hands! Enforcement team brake many good players! it's fact!

 

I got hacked then banned

You probably got banned for cheating or something. Which is why most people get banned, however, I'm sure if someone filed a lawsuit against them that person would probably win cause MS can't and never shows proof of their reasons for bans.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

 

I would also recommend that you review the code of conduct as it seems you get a few comm bans. https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct

Remember that xbox live is a rate E for everyone service and even though many games have different rating the xbox live service is still a rate E service which includes any form of communicaitons

 

Bans are not issued just by a certain number of reports.It only takes one valid report & each report is investigated by a person

You can have 100 reports filed against you,if you have done nothing wrong then you will not be banned/suspended.

 

on the enforcement page it tells you all of your restrictions and how many times you've been reported

Sign in to the enforcement site & click on the reputation box.

It will take you to another page which will show you how many times you've been reported & what for in the past 6 months.
