    I know there's a fat chance that anything will be done about this, but I'm disgusted by the fact that I've received a ban for responding in a disgruntled manner to a message I received on Xbox live. I understand that what I said in my message may have been
    against the "community rules", but it's not like I reached out to the person. He contacted me in an offensive manner, and I responded like a human being would; with anger. I don't deserve to be banned, nor should anyone else in a similar circumstance. It would
    be different if Microsoft didn't just take 60$ out of my account for the year, and it was a free service - and I wouldn't complain if I was the one to make the initial contact.

    Anyway, I know there's minimal chance that any change will be brought out by this post. But, it's still worth a try. Thanks for taking the time to read my rant/post.

    My account has been suspended because of smack talking. Can you please unsuspend my account?

    I understand Ive been permanently banned for smack talking. I didn't threatened anyone or use any racial slurs. I also was not the instigator. Please do not permanently ban me for a war of words.

    His or her actions has no bearing on the report

    Didn't you learn this in life it doesn't matter who starts a fight you and you alone are responsible for your actions

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if your suspension is eligible for a case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    For situations like that, it's best to just report the other player and block them. It doesn't matter how a situation starts, if you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished.
