Banned for calling someone fatherless on accident I did not mean to cause such a action

No one in the forums, or Support can assist with specific enforcement actions. Only the Safety Team can respond, and they do no use the forums. They are only contactable through the case review process.

If the suspension qualifies, you can submit a case review, otherwise you have to wait out the suspension.

Bro call xbox. I just did and the operator webt on my account and found out i was only banned for 1 week and that the enforcement team were handing out false bans by accident

First of all, what goes on with youtube has nothing to due with xbox live, and can't lead to a ban in any way.

Second, an investigation occurs before a ban happens, so there is proof, and they are not reversible.

Lastly, if it's true that what caused the ban was not by your action, but by someone who took control of your account by illegal means, then you need to contact support and open an unauthorized access claim.

Yeah like a smaller area isn't going to cause more accidents. 'Oh sorry honey I didn't mean to punch you in the eye it was an accident' XD

that is totally unreasonable does that mean you will ban me for accidently joining a lobby on mw2 where i shot someone once and went to rank 70 6th prestige (i was that prestige at the time ) at that time there was no visibe warning before i got the kill
and i also got the first blood , would this be classed as a ban ?
