Banned For Being Hacked

I've been gone to military school since the beginning of this year and I come back to find out that I'm banned on my main account (vCheesing) and I'm outraged because I filed a case and they upheld it and I deserve a second chance because I haven't even
been online since February and somebody has been on my account and bought sooo many things and sent people horrible messages. I just need somebody to talk to to sort this out and so I can be unbanned , I would love to be unbanned because I spent too much money
to let my account go to waste because of an hacker and lastly this is very serious because I also wrote a personal statement to Xbox corporate and I'm not making a new account because I've been a loyal customer for +5 years and I follow all rules and guidelines
when I'm on my account. Ambassador or enforcement agent please read this and help me.

I was banned because someone hacked into my account and changed my profile picture to something innapropriate. it wasn't me so plz unban me asap

I am disappointed and want my account unbanned right now seeing how I was banned for something I didn't do which was an inappropriate game picture which was changed by someone who hacked into my account.... plz FIX THIS NOW!

XBLPET (Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team) are the only people that handle enforcement actions on accounts, and they do not browse the forums to address grievances of affected users.

There's literally nothing anybody can do here on the forums to help get you unbanned.

You can view more details about your account's enforcement action by going
here (and logging in). If eligible, you can submit a case review for someone in XBLPET to give your case a second look.

And I wish hacking is no longer in our systems or banning people's accounts. It's very terrible and I wish banning people's accounts wish it's banned for being banned or hacked . I mean modio should be banned or cancel or some other hacking websites should
be banned .

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

Assuming you've already contacted support & asked them to open an unauthorised access case then once you get the result of that investigation you would need to go to the enforcement site here
& file for a case review if eligible.

Even if they find out your profile was not under your control there is no guarantee the suspension/ban will be lifted.

A support agent can't help with suspensions or bans. Only the enforcement team can do anything about it through the appeal process.
