Banned for being called the N word

So I received a ban after I reported a message in which I was called the N word. The ban refers to my gamer tag, but other than that it is quite ambiguous. I am sick of paying for a premium service to be treated like this. My gamer tag was auto generated
by xbox, so I can't imagine there is a problem with it. Now because the ban is so short I cannot even make an appeal.

This is the worst customer service ever, Microsoft needs to get a handle on this.

I got banned

so I was playing gta and I was racing and a guy hit me and I lost a race and I texted him and said your a bitch and got banned and then in the game chat he called me the n word and he didn’t get banned so I called support and they guided me through how to
get my suspension gone or less days and be then there enforcement team will look over it but when’s they look at it they’ll just see I called him a bitch and not when he called me the n word and I want to not get a banned when I said a less worse cuss word
and he’s said a bad one like that’s just messed up I don’t know why I get banned for saying a word I just hope they see this and cancel my ban

Well that's useless information, but thank you anyways. I was not actually given an option to submit a case review. Point is, the system is ripe for abuse and I was basically given a suspension due to reporting someone else. I spent over an hour chatting
with someone from microsoft and of course their hands are tied. Just proves how garbage the enforcement system is. I still do not know what specifically was against terms of service within my profile information. As that was the ban I received, cannot edit
profile for however many hours or days. Never bothered to tell me why though, just stripped all information from my profile that was there and put blanks. How stupid is that?
