    Banned for beeing harassed?!?


    Long story short.

    I was playing Fortnite BR random Squads yesterday and there was this guy who kept shooting me repeatedly in the back, not killing me but he kept me at low health the entire game.

    At the end of the game i hide in a bush waiting for the circle to come in, this guy just runs up to me and kills me. For NO reason whatsoever, i dont have the voice chat enabled since i cant stand the kids yelling stupid **** all the time.

    So i couldnt have said anything to him.

    I sent him an angry message on Xbox Live and i belive that was my misstake since i was banned and he probably wasnt.

    So harassing ingame is OK, and when i finally gets mad im the one that gets punished!?!

    Atleast i know what to do if this happens again, leave no trace thats the way to go.

    I have been a Xbox Live member since day 1 and this is how you treat longtime customers?

    Im not even able to submit a case review explaing what happened.

    i get the rule.....what i dont get is not beeing the one at fault but yet i get banned.....its compleete garbage

    Well how do we contact enforcement then? Because i think it is ridiculous to ban someone from communication for 1 day if it is the first report.

    I got mad yesterday as well, because someone was playing so incredibly disgusting that i had to send him a message. He reported me for that and the report was fair.

    But it was my first ever report and i got immediately banned from communication.

    At least they could've given me a warning..

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them. Your warning is the code of conduct you agreed to. It doesn't matter how the conversation starts, if you reply in a way that violates the code of conduct, you are equally at fault. In situations like
    that, it's best to just report the other player and block communications with them rather than respond to them.

    I am very disappointed. I have been banned unfairly from xbox live.

    I just got banned because someone sexually harassed me and I told them to stop sexually harassing me and I'm the one that got banned
