Banned for asking people to report someone

I got banned for one of two reasons (Xbox isn't giving me a specific answer as to why). 1) I specifically asked players in a match to "report so and so for saying the n word" and it was assumed offensive or bullying

Or 2) I messaged everyone in my lobby (around 7 people). I don't think that should be grounds for ME being banned for asking someone to be held responsible for not using slurs in my games.

My question is how do I speak to someone to actually look at what I was suspended for and if I can get my banned removed? I can't even request a review or anything.

Unfortunately this is known aa brigading and is pretty fround upon amongst the gaming community.

My advice would be to just bite your time and when you're back to gaming, to use the mute/block/ban/kick features as-and-when possible, and I'm sure others will do to without needing your oversight.

Once you mute or block them, very little of what they say or do will matter to you.

they only give a broad reason, always have done, that is the process.

asking other people to reports someone can also result in a ban, maybe one of those you messaged reported your message.

also instead of trying to be the US and police the internet, you should just report the person, once and once only as that is all that is required.

It does not clarify. It gives me like 5 different things I COULD have been banned for and I can't find any dedicated team to help me figure out why. It also instantly denied my request for a reversal. It's why I want to talk to a human so I can figure out why and can plea my case because I think it's ridiculous that I got banned for anything I did, regardless of Xbox's reasoning.
