    Banned for Abuse when I have an active Comms ban.


    I have a two week communications ban, fair enough. But I'm three days into it and I get a random Harassment Abuse and Threats ban which is abusing a player Written or Verbal (or both). But I don't understand how it is possible to get a ban for something
    that is previously blocked by a suspension 3 days into that suspension.

    An agent didn't really understand this either. I'm hoping that anyone else can help? Maybe an Enforcement Team member can help overturn this or help me understand. I'm clueless.

    still comm banned but no active bans on account

    hey there ive just finished a multiplayer ban a few days ago and a comm ban, the multiplayer ban has lifted but the comm ban hasnt. I checked my account says no active bans. why am I still banned? Thanks

    So I recently was banned for 2 weeks due to "harassment, abuse, threats" and I waited out the ban. Enforcement says I have no active bans but when I login it says I'm communication banned. None of the past bans say anything about this being past the end
    date of the last ban. Someone let me know what going on or how long it lasts?

    Any report filed against you has to be investigated which takes time so you were suspended for something that happened several weeks ago,not while you were serving your 2 week comms suspension.

    Just be aware that to many suspensions will end up with a permanent account ban.

    And I can't do anything if these bans are false. I haven't abused anyone before this ban. That is what I got a comms ban for. Harassment even comes under the communications. And for some reason I got a double ban for something I didn't do. I haven't ever
    threatened or abused a player. Never in my life because I know it is a criminal offence (UK Law)

    I have done nothing before this Harassment ban. Everything I did came under the Comms ban. It was unnecessary to put me on a Harassment ban as well.

    Xbox enforcement could be a bit more professional

    Hello i was banned for hassment abuse & threatening. but i did not i have a communication banned. so how could i harass someone when i dont have the feature to message people. this report happened 3 days after my communication banned. i wasnt online until
    3 hours after i got notified for harassment abuse. plus theres no evidence of me abusing or threatening anyone. xbox enforcement team please review my case again
    the same happened to me, i was comm banned and then a week later i was banned for harassment, abuse and threats makes no sense
