Banned for a week.

So, I was communication banned for 24 hours at first for NO REASON. Literally. I did not curse at anyone, or threaten anyone or anything. Then, I did accidentally write curse word, but I wasn't attacking anyone. I wrote, "I was just
(Mod Removed-Profanity)". Yes, I let a curse word slip, but to get a week communication ban for one offense? Again, I previously had not done ANYTHING to anyone to get the first 24 ban... which BTW, even though it's just a communication ban,
it bans me from lobbies with text chat, which is ALL NHL 19 lobbies. So I can't even play the game I mostly play.

Then, to top it off, I was trying to submit a review claim and I had to answer a bunch of questions, some of which, I had know idea what the question was about. Like, the final question that banned me from submitting a claim for 24 hours... something like
"Is it okay to make a purple avatar". I answered yes and it told that was wrong because you can't hack the system... Like... what? I don't anything about creating a purple avatar and why it wouldn't be allowed.

Can't get any help with customer service and can't reach anyone in enforcement because of the failed questions that I didn't know anything about. Can someone please help? Because I didn't do anything in my "first offense" and this has completely blocked
me from playing my favorite game at all.

They will most likely tell you that its your fault for letting your brother use it, but its always worth a shot.

 

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team and potentially have the suspension lifted. The best thing to do would be to read over the code of conduct before re-trying the questionnaire.

...and how silly is it that you can't speak to someone about the situation and if you answer silly questions wrong (that you don't know anything about) on the questionnaire, you get banned from submitting a claim for 24 hours. I know plenty about the code
of conduct. As I said, there was literally zero offense on my first "offense". This is kind of ridiculous how this is set up, customer service wise. And how someone can get mad at you in a game, come at you, messaging you first, talking crap... and you let
a curse word slip and they report you. And they were the ones coming to you starting trouble. Or how I can get banned in the first place when I can prove I never cursed at anyone or threatened anyone on the "first" offense and they just pick a message they
don't like and report you for it, even if it DID NOT break code of conduct... and it's not even review-able at all in the first place. This whole system is messed up and this is probably part of the reason that PS4 is dominating. (I love Xbox, hate PS, been
on live for over 12 years, never got in trouble but Xbox customer service really isn't good anymore).

 

Can't try again, I banned from trying again. because of answering questions wrong that I don't know the answers to. I havent ever cared about hacking an xbox so I wouldnt know about purple avatars. This is ridiculous.

 

It is only 24 hours till you can try the case review again.

You may want to look over their website it has a lot of good information on there to prevent from being suspended in the future.

There are usually two factor review, one robotic to auto-determin if it deserves, the other is a human review, and considering it is night time, dont expect an answer now, maybe in the morning!

 

It can usually take a few days.
