Banned for a single WORD

I just want to say that I believe it's unfair to have a suspension or other enforcement action taken against you when you say one "vulgar" word in response to a toxic player making the game you are trying to enjoy unplayable, either from harassment over
microphone to griefing and team killing, or just being a lousy team player. I say this because this one word has a misunderstood history. Its etymology, for anyone caring to learn it, can be traced back to mean "to strike" or even possibly "to create."

Just because a words' usage as an intensifier (or to denote disdain) is misinterpreted as cyber bullying to those too sensitive, or seen as offensive or inappropriate is childish and should be treated with more aplomb. One might say its childish to say anything
in the first place, but sometimes people need to be told when their own actions are out of line. And having a single word to emphasize how irritating or uncool that was should be warranted.

So yeah... Microsoft please don't jump at the chance to ban someone for a word when that word was in response to terrible community members acting inappropriately in the first place .

I need to be unbanned.

I said ONE profane word, to a CHEATER. I tried to get him banned, which I ended up being banned for saying a single harmless profane word, while hes at large still cheating unbanned. This is unacceptable, and i need to be unbanned immediately. Ban Saubxr
For cheating, unban me , for cleaning up xbox of cheaters. I swear Microsoft.

 

Communication Suspension Appeal

Hello, currently I was communication banned for using one profane word. I have not had one single ban or warning before of the 9 years I have been playing using your product. I am a loyal customer for your company by buying multiple products. I am asking
for a reduction from a one week ban to a one day ban. Also if there are warnings that you will be communication banned I didn’t not recieve one single one. Thanks and I hope you can do something for me.

Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy
