Banned for a reason in which I have no clue?

So it all started when my brother msgd someone on Xbox calling them a retard. This result in a comm ban which I can understand. But when you can't talk how do you get banned for harassment, abuse, and threats. The rules say trolling and stuff like that are
also ban worthy for this. But I swear on every grave of someone related to me, I didn't troll or bully anyone online at all. All I did before getting this ban was play COD Black Ops 2. Please someone fix this or atleast tell me the exact reason I received
this bann. I've received five bans now One was from my friend sending the n-word to five people on my account because he though I got him comm banned then realized his mistake, two from my stupid little brother, one from a reason I still have no clue of and
now this one. I really want this to just end before I get a perma ban. Please Enforcement Team fix this or tell me why it happened.

I have banned for no reason

I have been console banned for no reason I haven't been on xbox in a week since the last time I played. Can someone please help me with this. I can't speak to my friends, o can't play with them, I literally can't do anything with my Xbox multiplayer wise.
I've been trying to contact Xbox and get help with this problem for 2 days no one has given me a solution every agent i have come in contact with has sent me to different link that is no help. Please Xbox contact me and fix this problem. It is genuinely a
problem i am just looking for my console to be unbanned. Someone from Xbox please help .
