Banned for a month for defending myself

Well damn, got grief from a typical GTA player, thinking that were all it, 1 kill and they started to use a lag switch.

All they did was to send messages through GTAs messages in game, but they left and I sent them a simple message stating "What a coward puss leaving (1 day ago) then just not I got a message stating, you can no longer sign in for
a whole month, everything else has been suspended. I have had enough of these players, it happened to me twice before and got reported for cheating (low levels thinking I'm somehow in the sky shooting them, when in fact I'm on top of a building, point is,
I reported them to Rockstar for the in game messages and nothing has been done, they can keep on playing, bullying others and I'm the one that got banned for a month.

I have just had enough now, time has come, I have canceled my membership and will sell my Xbox One X on the fleabay and get a nice PS4 PRO.

You suck Microsoft, ban the god darn right people as I must not only be the 1st one now to leave you for SONY.

Last time I'll sign in on my account now, do what you want with the case, I paid £450 for my Xbox One X and you do this for calling a hater, griefer a [Mod Removed], wow....

Someone messaged me on xbox saying that i had no life and that he was better than me and then his friend got involved and messaged me as well. Since i was camping one of them called me a girl and then i said the "c" word in a sentence not directed at him
and then him and his friend reported me and i got banned im pretty sure that this is unfair towards me since i was being harassed by 2 people and reported them both and nothing happened.

The enforcement team will review what happened again to determine if they made a mistake with issuing the suspension. If they did, then it would be lifted. If they still determine you violated the code of conduct, the suspension will be upheld.

 

By sending the message in the first place, you did violate the Code of Conduct.

In those cases it is best practice to simply report them, in game and via their profile if needed, and move on. You can even block them as well. Enjoy your PS4.

Your best course of action is to always block and report. Don't fight fire with fire, it'll only make it worse. Just because they violated the code of conduct does not give you the excuse to violate it as well. Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers

Hello DJX2JZ you can sign into enforcement.xbox.com to review and appeal account suspensions, I think you may have a case as you were clearly set off by a cheater.

 

You have been given sound advice.

 

Sorry to hear about your experience, mate.. Some players aren't mature enough to handle the simple obligations of common courtesy online. Try looking to it through Microsoft enforcement.
