Banned for a message my friend sent whilst I was out the room

I have been banned because after a game of FIFA I sent an opponent a 'GG' message, however after I left the room, a friend sent a message to the same person which then got reported, and subsequently got me communication banned. This is the first ban I have
received. I would like to contest this ban, but if that is not possible, at least know how long the ban will last.

Account banned?

My account is banned for someone killing me a few times while I was getting my food. Sent the guy a message and now can't talk to my friends? He gets to do unsportsmanlike conduct and I lose out?

I want to be unbanned

Hello my gamertag is and my communications were banned because of a mass message my friend sent out while i was asleep. I mean who would honestly send out a message to get themselves banned. I was wondering if xbox could unbann me because i did
not send this message. i am banned for a week from yesterday and it is really annoying. If anything he should be banned but obviously i cannot prove he sent the message but still why would i send a messgae to get myself banned. He was trying to be funny but
he is just a jerk. Help xbox i want to be unbanned.

^Thats a possibility. I tried both of my installed disks and they both froze. I just feel bad for any of the members that dont come to the forums because they will have NO clue why their game is not playing or why their 360 keeps freezing. I sent out a
mass message to all my friends yesterday giving them a heads up of whats going on. So they wouldnt think it is their game or their 360.

This reminds me of the roulette room in TDU2. That room was disabled for about 6 months. BUT the game still let you go into that room and you would keep getting server errors. They never sent out an in game message letting people know it was disabled.
If people didnt visit the forums, they had no idea that room was disabled. Then when they finally repaired the room many many months later, they STILL never sent a message letting people know it worked. Just unbelievable some of these developers.

All they would have to do is send a message in the game saying "sorry we are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later". Nope no messages or headsup at all.

while I cant be sure that any of his friends followed through with his request, I do know that he sent the message out. I received a copy of the message promising 1600 MSP to a lucky person on the list if I was banned.
